Holistic Therapy differs from traditional medicine in that it focuses on treating the person as a whole rather than treating the specific symptoms.

An holistic approach to life involves recognising that our bodies, minds, spirits, the way we live and the world around us are intertwined.

The therapies offered here at Vitalis give the client the opportunity to develop a relationship with me (the practitioner) through talk and touch and the client is included in the decision making process of their treatment. This communication and trust between myself and my client gives them the confidence to tap into and set to work their body's own natural healing capabilities.
